Why do you think your business was voted the Best of Summit?

SkyRun has been operating in Summit County since 2004, and today we work with over 500 Summit County homeowners to manage their properties. Each year, we host thousands of visitors to the area. We believe that we have been voted among the Best of Summit due to the reputation that we’ve earned over the past 20 years for being a trustworthy partner to second-home owners and providing guests with high-quality vacation experiences.

Why is this recognition important to your business?

It is one of our greatest points of pride that we have been recognized by the Best of Summit program for eight years in a row. The fact that this recognition is achieved through the votes of our customers means the world to us. It shows that we are achieving our mission to deliver the industry’s most exceptional service, systems and staff to the Summit County region.

What sets your business apart?

SkyRun is the best of both worlds when it comes to vacation rental management: We combine the hands-on, personalized service of a locally owned business with the technology, efficiency and support of a national operator. With SkyRun, homeowners no longer have to choose between personal care and cutting-edge tech, between having a relationship with their property manager and making great revenue, and between low fees and quality service.

What motivates you in your work?

We’re motivated every day to make people’s lives easier and better, whether that be making sure that our neighbor’s property is well cared for or helping a guest to create happy memories on the trip of a lifetime. We love that we get to share our own passion for Summit County with new visitors to the region, and there is something incredibly rewarding about spending every day helping people to savor life’s sweetest moments worry-free.

What does customer service mean to you?

Customer service is the heart of our business. If we couldn’t deliver top-notch customer experiences every day, we wouldn’t be where we are today. To us, customer service is about going above and beyond to not just deliver but delight. We are constantly looking for ways to go the extra mile to put a smile on our customers’ faces and to help our clients’ vacation rental dreams become a reality.
