The 5 Best Architecture Firms Around Summit County

Architecture begins long before construction, with decisions about how a building should respond to its site, occupants, surroundings and long-term purpose. In communities where dramatic terrain, snow loads and established neighborhood character shape development, thoughtful planning can influence everything from a home's orientation to the materials that define its exterior. Best of Summit readers can find design practices working across residential, commercial and hospitality projects, with firms bringing distinct philosophies to buildings throughout Summit County and beyond.

The Frisco firm works across architecture, interior design and planning, creating a coordinated process in which the building and its interior spaces develop together. Its portfolio includes custom residences, multifamily housing, commercial spaces and hospitality projects. Rather than applying one visual formula, the practice emphasizes design responses shaped by each project's program, site and context, allowing individual buildings to develop their own character while remaining grounded in practical requirements.
